"YOUR EFFORT IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!"
This is the key message of a Delegation from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to the Community Health Workers, this evening, during their Study Visit, taking place at Muhoza Health Center, led by Hon. Dr. Abubakar Yusuf Labaran, Commissioner for Health.
It's about the Kano State Sanitas Health and Development Foundation (SANHDEF), a Nigerian Health and Development Organisation focussed on strengthening health systems, improving Community and Maternal- Child Health, and building the capacity of healthcare workers and communities.
They have been welcomed by the Vice Mayor of Musanze District in Charge of Social Affairs, Mr. Théobald KAYIRANGA, together with the Director General of Ruhengeri Level Two Teaching Hospital, Dr.MUHIRE Philbert, and Muhoza Health Center Manager, Mr.MBARUSHIMANA Emmanuel.

As the main purpose of this visit, they have shared experience with Health Practitioners and Community Health Workers focussing on the Coordination and Management of Community Based Health Insurance and other Health Insurance Schemes to beneficiaries.
