Today, Tuesday, 21^st March, 2023, in the afternoon, with the main purpose of making a follow up on the Project on HIV Prevention Programme, implemented by SFH Rwanda, under PEPFAR, through CDC, entitled “Implementing Evidence- Based Prevention Interventions for Key and Priority Populations in the Republic of Rwanda", The Chargé d'Affaires of the US Mission in Rwanda was in Musanze District for a Working Visit to Muhoza Health Center.

At her arrival, she was received by the Vice Mayor in Charage of Social Affairs, Mrs.KAMANZI Axelle, together with Dr. HIRWA Aime (Clinical Director of the Hospital), Manasseh Wandera (SFH Executive Director), and others.

After a brief presentation of the Head of the Health Facility, Mr.MBARUSHIMANA Emmanuel,  focusing on KPs Services, and tour made, CDA Deborah Ann MacLean really appreciated the service delivery and encouraged both sides.

It’s necessary to let you know that, in Rwanda, this project is implemented in 23 Districts and in 90 Health Centers, including Muhoza Health Center, in Muhoza Sector, a Global Fund Site, where it started in October 2019.
