Ruhengeri Hospital is lucky to host regular Surgical Outreach, conducted by Operation Smile, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Musanze District.

In this regards, since Monday, 23^rd September, 2024, a big Team of Specialists are in this Hospital particularly for Hand Surgery, in addition to other surgeries they use to do.

It is on this Wednesday, 25th September, 2024, that this very important event has been officially opened. 

Both Sides, (Dr.MUHIRE Philbert, the DG of the Hospital, and the Country Manager of this Non-Profit Organisation, Mr.Andrew KALIMA)  highlighted the immense importance of the  collaboration and partnership which many patients in the Countrywide are benefiting from.

They are here for two weeks, ie. up to 4^th October, 2024.
