Today, Tuesday, 14th February, 2023, the Vice Mayor of Musanze District in Charge of Social Affairs, Mrs. KAMANZI Axelle, and the DG of Ruhengeri Level II Teaching Hospital, Dr. MUHIRE Philbert, have received a Team of Students from Rwanda Defence Force Senior Command and Staff College, led by Lt Col David MUTAYOMBA, visiting the above mentioned Hospital this afternoon.

During this important event, the team had time of tour in different Departments of the hospital, interacting with our health care providers and patients.

It was a great opportunity to host this visit which was a learning experience on both sides.

The visit has been organised by the Ministry of Defence, in Collaboration with the Ministry of Health, which selected this facility as one of the sites for this Study Tour. The theme is about the “Resilience of the Health System Towards National Development and Security”.
