In the framework of Decentralizing and Improving Access to Ear and Hearing Care Services, the Ministry of Health, through Rwanda Biomedical Center, started to implement the WINSIGA NDUMVA Programme in 8 Districts. 

It is in this regard that, during this Week (11th- 15th March, 2024), RBC, in collaboration with UPHLS, under the support of UNICEF and ATscale,  is conducting a Community Outreach in Musanze District, 1 of the 8 Districts, in Ruhengeri Level Two Teaching Hospital, screening and fitting with aids to Children (under 18) With Hearing Impairment.

The Team is led by Dr. UWIMBABAZI Clémentine (Programme Assistant), working with RL2TH Team, led by Dr.MUCO Samantha (Ear &Hearing Care National Champion). They are serving children from various Provinces, not only from Musanze in Northern Province, communicated through Health Centers and Community Heaslth Workers.
