Today, 13^th November, 2023, was officially opened a Five- Day Workshop on Quality and Accreditation Program Implementation in Ruhengeri Hospital. It has been gathering a team of Leaders and Accreditation Support.

In his opening remarks, Dr. MUHIRE Philbert, the Director General of the Hospital, emphasized on the role of every member in observing the Accreditation Standards towards the improvement of quality of services to clients. He also underlined the importance of quality plans and policies.

It was a very important opportunity, as, during these five days, the team made a thorough review of guiding documents and shared key analysed data to drive improvement.

The work focused on Committees Members’ engagement and whole group discussions for a common plan, strategies and a clear way forward.
